LEARNING SUPPORT

At Ruahine School, we’re committed to ensuring every child gets the support they need to succeed. Our teachers take part in ongoing professional learning to strengthen their ability to meet diverse learning needs.

We have an experienced Learning Support Team that includes our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) Lee Gibbs, our Learning Support Teacher Kelly Gillard, and our Teacher Aides Kym, Paula, Kirsten, Cat, and Shinequia. Together, they work closely with teachers, whānau, and specialists to provide the right support at the right time.
